Fees & Appointments

The fee is $85 per 50-minute individual session and $105 for couples. DeAnza Spaulding Counseling offers a sliding scale fees based on income. Sliding scale fees will be assessed and established case by case and are available for students and those facing financial hardship. The counseling hour is a 50-minute session.

I do not file insurance claims for you. If your insurance provider will be covering the cost of your counseling then you need to make arrangements with them to reimburse you directly. You are responsible for obtaining and filling out any appropriate paperwork and submitting it to the insurance company. I will be glad to fill out any part of the form that is necessary.

Cancellations must be made 24- hours prior to your appointment. Appointments cancelled after the 24- hour window will be billed. Exceptions are made for emergency situations and illness.

Clients are responsible to schedule counseling appointments. Appointment times will not be held from week to week but scheduled the week prior to the next counseling session.
